A ritual space to connect with plants from these lands through practices of intuitive herbalism around the fire and in the beautiful Somewhere Sauna overlooking Mothecombe Bay.
Each month we will meet at least one plant, sometimes more, through guided practices. Each month will be unique and could include tea meditation, herbal salt scrubs or herbal body oiling, herbal whisking, herbal steam or yoga/yoga nidra.
