  • Shower before arriving
Please shower and wash at home before your visit. Sauna bathing supports the body's natural detoxification processes through sweating, and arriving clean helps you get the most from the experience - while protecting the environment and keeping our water and facilities clean for everyone. Our shower and plunge pools are part of the therapeutic hot-and-cold experience and are not intended as washing facilities.

    No products or scrubs
Please do not use soaps, shampoos, scrubs, or other products in our showers or plunge pools. This helps us avoid contamination and maintain a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.

Swimsuits are required in all sessions
Please wear appropriate swimwear during all sessions.

Sit on a towel inside the sauna
For safety and hygiene it is a requirement that you sit on a towel at all times whilst inside the sauna.

    One ladle at a time
Please ask others before adding water to the stones and pause between ladles. It takes time for the heat to have an effect, and too much water can cool the stones and affect the fire.

    Be mindful of others' experiences
This is a community space. Please be mindful of your noise level within the sauna. Some sessions are held in silence.

    Shower before you plunge
Please rinse off your sweat before entering the plunge pools. It helps keep them fresh for everyone.

We are a neutral body space
Please do not comment on people's bodies or tattoos, even if you have positive intentions.

    Essential oils guidance
Essential oils are not permitted during public sessions. Using the wrong oils can affect the safety and comfort of other guests. Instead, we use local herbs in our sessions.

    This is a sober space
Alcohol can be enjoyed after your sauna session only.

    This is a phone-free zone
Please do not bring your phone inside the sauna. You are welcome to take photos outside, but please ask for consent before photographing others.

  • Please bring your swimwear, and two towels - one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself after your session. Drinking water is provided but you can also bring a water bottle which must be left outside the sauna.

  • Public Sessions and Private Sessions
Our Public Sessions and Private Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your session. To do so please follow the link within your booking confirmation email.

We are unable to refund any changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your booking.

    No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged for the full session. For members, the minutes allocated to the session from their membership will not be returned to their account in the event of a no-show.

Please note that any add-ons purchased with a booking will not be entitled to a refund in the event of a no-show appointment.

    If We Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You will be given the option to reschedule your booking or receive a full refund.

We will always aim to honour every booking, and we appreciate your understanding should unforeseen circumstances occur.

  • We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to check-in with your sauna host, change and prepare for your session. Sauna sessions start on time and late arrivals will lose sauna time.
