Join Lucia in the sauna for a special Full Moon gathering beneath the light of the Hunter’s Moon on 26th October.
As autumn deepens, the Hunter’s Moon invites us to slow down, turn inward and make space for what is ready to shift. Through the warmth of the sauna, ritual and guided reflection, this immersive session creates space to release, reconnect and welcome in the changing season.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, restored and renewed.
A sensory full moon experience of heat, stillness and connection - held under the Hunter’s Moon.
